Dust jacket is worn and faded, fully split at rear joint, and with tape repairs to interior. Book is faded at edges and browned on endpapers.

The copy of designer and typographer Lester Douglas, featuring his bookplate on the front pastedown with a small penciled note "B.R. 1930  Cat No. 447". A pencil note on the ffep indicates that the books in Douglas' collection are denoted with stars [within the catalogue], and other pencil notes re: "limit or special copies" have been made by "HC" (Howard Coggeshall?).
