Original grey-green printed wrappers bound in (with writing in pen to front wrapper); advertisements inside both covers bound in, as well. "Indian Railway Library, No. XIV" with imprint at bottom of p. 108: "Printed at the 'Pioneer' Press, Allahabad." Gilt-rolled turn-ins, top edge gilt. Measures approx. 5.5" x 9". Some light rubbing to edges and joints, particularly at the spine bands. Spine mellowed to brown. Corners bumped and worn.
Bound in full dark green crushed morocco, with gilt wreath surrounding a "K" to center of front cover, and a border in blind with inlaid red flowers at corners. Small flower in gilt and rear cover. Five bands to spine with title and author to second and fourth compartments and floral & leaf gilt tooling to remaining compartments.
