Signed by The Monastery Hill Bindery on the rear lower turn-in at center and Schwartz’s “LS” monogram 1⁄4 of the way up the spine on left. Full dark red morocco with gilt-ruled covers, and small design emanating on front and back from prominent spine bands; design features ringlets, inlaid hearts in green, and a “blooming flower” stamp. Two bands to spine with title and author in middle, and duplicate of cover decoration in top and bottom panel--this time with inlaid hearts in brown. T.e.g. with duplicate of hearts and flower design gauffered near spine. Wide, single ruled turn-ins framing light brown silk moire endpapers, with four inlaid hearts (two in brown, two in green) and three ringlets in each corner.

Inlaid hearts: 16 (front cover) + 16 (back cover) + 16 (spine) + 16 (front turn-in) + 16 (rear turn-in) = 64 total, each volume
