Signed by The Monastery Hill Bindery on the front lower turn-in at center with Schwartz’s “LS” monogram on rear turn-in, ¼ of the way up the spine on left. Full plum morocco with a large frame of gilt scrolls and purple morocco onlays, with a large central ornate gilt-tooled oval, surrounding a picture of Reynard inlaid with four shades of morocco and further gilt tooling. All edges gilt, and gauffered with beautiful stippled design of rolling flourishes and arabesques matching the border tooling of the covers.
