Full green morocco, covers with heavy gilt floral border built up from a variety of small and medium tools, along with extensive gilt stippling, edged by red morocco onlay accented by gilt roundels, with a red morocco centerpiece of onlaid interwoven strapwork filled with gilt vines and floral decoration. Spine in six compartments, two of which are gilt-lettered, the others with gilt and red morocco onlay design and stippling, extensive gilt turn-ins, moire silk endpapers.
